Lori Morgan has worked with Innate Legacy as a Chiropractic Assistant Coach and Trainer since April 2001. Before that time she worked as a CA for 15 years in a multi-doctor high volume practice where she developed the skills and background needed to be a successful Coach.
Her goal as Innate Legacy’s CA Coach is to help every Chiropractic Assistant she teaches to become a true Chiropractic Advocate. She understands to do so your team must be trained in scripts, systems, and procedures. They must understand and truly embrace Chiropractic Philosophy because with that understanding and confidence they can genuinely help you to build the practice of your dreams.

Her goal as a CA Coach is to help develop your team into highly functional team members who love to serve, love being busy and who refer patients on a regular basis. Most importantly she wants to help all CA’s she coaches to realize their real potential and to know they are the practice’s greatest asset, that they genuinely have the power to make or break the practice.
That through loving service they will love what they do, love chiropractic and want to make being a Chiropractic Assistant their career of choice because we all know how stressful turnover can be.
As a member of the Innate Legacy Coaching System, your team will receive coaching and training just like to DC. One on one training calls that are personalized for your practice and you the doctor (what you know the practice needs), monthly CA University training, access to the client only section of the website that has acres of diamonds for CA development. Your CA’s also spend four hours minimum at every Innate Legacy session in a separate workshop training that gives them the tools they need to be confident in the systems and procedures of the office as well as chiropractic philosophy.
Your CA’s will become passionate about chiropractic, intense about high volume, passionate about collecting money, and passionate about sharing the chiropractic message inside and outside of the office to gain more referrals.
