You need to be solid in these four areas:
- ChiropracTIC Philosophy
- Personal Identity - Your Practice Will Never Outgrow Your Self-Esteem
- Success Systems and Office Procedures that all team members are congruent and consistent with
- Marketing that works and doesn’t cost you thousands!
These four legs hold up your foundation so you can build upon it and take your practice to new levels.
So many people ask me why I became a chiropractic coach. That’s easy. I want to be part of the quest all of you are on to serve humanity through chiropractic care. I want to be able to share the wisdom and passion I have gained from being part of this profession for the past 40 years. To help more and more chiropractors achieve the success they are seeking, what ever that means to you. To teach you systems, and how to be sound in your philosophy and ability to share the truth without fear. I also get asked, “When will you retire? My answer is never because Chiropractic and its principles are timeless, and the desire you all have to succeed in this profession will never stop.
Is Your Team Taking Your Practice in the Right Direction?
As a CA Coach I am often given the impression that chiropractors underestimate the power their CA’s have over the success or failure of the practice. Some DC’s attend seminars and leave their team at home, only to come back Monday morning fired up and wondering why they don’t feel their team is ‘with them’. Some DC’s are unable to find time for weekly team meetings, and then wonder why things are not being followed through with and that team communication is lacking. Some DC’s don’t take the time to set goals, celebrate wins, and acknowledge hard work. It is in my experience that these are the doctors that are struggling to build the practice of their dreams.
Then there is the Power Team office: Everyone on the team (associates included) attend post graduate studies together. Therefore all coming together with a vision of what it will take to serve more people. Weekly team meetings are mandatory, communication is great, tasks are being completed in a timely manner and the team is working together for a common purpose. Goals are set (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) and shared on a daily basis. Why because as your CA I am going to help make those goals with one more reactivation call, one reminder call, one more call to the insurance adjustor. Why because Power Team CA’s know that when goals are reached that means we win and are serving more people and being re-WARDed for that service. With the rewards come celebrations and acknowledgement. These are the teams that are living the Practice of their dreams.
Press Release Basics
| || |
A press release is a written statement to the media. They can announce a range of news items, including scheduled events, personnel promotions, awards, new products and services, sales accomplishments, etc. They can also be used in generating a feature story. Reporters are more likely to consider a story idea if they first receive a press release. It is a fundamental tool of PR work, one that anyone who's willing to use the proper format can use.
